Refund and Return Policy

Information about warranty & returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After you have communicated your cancellation to us, you have 14 days to return the item.

The items will be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, unopened and in the original packaging material.

We will refund your money or exchange your product if the conditions are met: - Send an e-mail to info@ayoonz.com stating the order confirmation number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item.

The returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If everything is in order, we will transfer the amount to be refunded to your bank.
