Shipping and delivery

Do you place an order before 4:00 PM? Then you will have it at home the next day! Letterbox packages (including Track & Trace) are delivered within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday. To Belgium it could take an extra day. All products are well packaged and delivered with PostNL.

Although we have large stocks, it may happen that a later delivery time is necessary. If this is the case, you will receive further notice.

To provide our customers with the best service, we use free shipping throughout Europe!

Same day delivery?
An extra service that we want to offer is delivery within the same day. We understand that sometimes you cannot wait until the next day, for example due to a special occasion in which you want to wear the colored contact lenses. Do you live in the Zaanstreek region? Then we can possibly send a courier on the road.

Send us a message if you are interested in this (free) service, so that we can discuss the possibilities. This is of course an extra service, we cannot always guarantee this (for example due to crowds). We do our very best, so don't hesitate to contact us!
